Some behaviour in response to /invite.

Currently the bot plain ignores invites.

On UWCS, responding to invites to re-join channels it's been kicked from (i.e. channels on it's autojoin list) makes the most sense. This also works for autojoin channels which are invite-only.

What other behaviour could be good?

Currently we have some (UWCS-policy-style) restrictions for things that can only be done in channels (Karma, ...) so the ability to make the bot join arbitrary channels would be bad. Maybe make these things only work in "core" channels, and unlock invites as free-for-all?
